McDonald's in Wesseling

Very friendly. But: 1 coffee and french fries over 6 €. -> Very expensive.

Never again! You cannot buy a pack of curly fries and a pack of french fries from the 101 fries voucher. Either both french fries or both curly fries. That is not in the coupon, customer service is something else.

Why do I get these leftovers when I order curly fries? And why is the supervisor so unfriendly when the lady at the counter is on her first day?

Annoy a customer with unnecessary triviality! The fact that the milk for my coffee was missing from the McDrive is annoying, but that can happen, while the annoyed behavior of the service staff, who I then asked for milk, is completely unnecessary. First gave me a can and turned around so quickly that I couldn't ask for a second one for the big coffee. So wait again. The second milk jar came with unfriendly but incomprehensible voices and an expression on her face as if the milk would be deducted from her salary.

Compared to other 3 star restaurants, it is noticeable that porcelain is largely avoided here. You also miss an upscale wine list. You already feel guilty when you order and feel bad after eating. The second dumbest way to ruin your health after smoking, but still better than Burgerking or KFC.

It couldn't be worse. From the cleanliness to the friendliness of the staff, just bad. Every now and then you have a friendly employee, but unfortunately that is the exception. McDrive is okay.

The mc drive is a DISASTER ... The lady was not really able to speak German ... 4 times you had to repeat your order .. when paying the lady wore mouth / nose protection and gloves ... but the gloves (blue) were yellow / brown ... When choosing, she held out a picture of the different glasses for me because she didn't know the colors in German ... the food was only lukewarm (5 minutes on the way home) the fries were mushy ... Even if there were only 3 cars in front of me, it took 27 minutes .....

The staff is friendly and wears mouth masks according to the regulations. All distance and hygiene rules are observed. You can shop here safely.

Was OK. The service just didn't speak German very well. Had communication difficulties. In the end we got what we wanted. And the usual quality.

Fast food fast for the small hunger. Thanks to the employee who was at the door and gave me back my cell phone, otherwise he forgot it in there. ☺️

I want to complain on behalf of all consumers. Actually clean restaurant and so far satisfied. But lately the BIGGEST DRECK, 1. Too long waiting times and then the icing on the cake, the code for free drinks does not work because 20 minutes have passed since the purchase !? Poor performance

A completely normal McDonald's, conveniently located at the AB exit. But you have to be careful what you get, especially when you pick up. Often something is missing or the wrong items are included. So check!

normal MC Donald with normal service and burger. The burgers are sometimes only lukewarm to cold, I don't think so. Used to be better and hotter.

i was today at mcdonalds in wesseling.. i ordered 2 big macs and got a number 286.. still waiting i saw that my order number was on the screen normally like always with white numbers.. suddenly it disappears and should to jump on the right side of the screen with green color, but it didnt.. i was confused i didnt know what to do so i waited..after 1 2 minutes i went closer to employee to ask her for my order...she started yelling my number aggressively, i gave her my receipt and then she pushed to me the packet with burgers telling with extreme nervous Guten Appetit.. i never saw in my life so hostile person.. really still cant understand why.. of course i will never stop to eat at mcdonalds..it tastes amazing but definitely i will never go again to this branch store.. and i hope this woman learn some day how to be kind to other human beings..

Very nice cashier. The food came very quickly as usual. I found the drinks flat rate very good. It was a shame that the fries were lukewarm and no fresh fries were made. Otherwise everything is fine
